The import of looking within yourselves springs from the fact that man is imprisoned in a system of thought of his own, which has been built during time and which is increased by the external stimulus of a society that knows very well how to feed him with suggestions for its own sake. Those stimulus create the parameters with which he measures himself and the world; he accepts them in different proportions and builds his necessities upon those assumptions. He does not recognize that he is evaluating himself and the world 

L’importanza di guardarsi dentro nasce dal fatto che l'essere umano è imprigionato nel sistema di pensiero suo interiore che si forma nel tempo e che è accresciuto dagli stimoli esterni di una società che sa molto bene come alimentare le suggestioni per i propri fini. Quegli stimoli creano i parametri entro cui egli misura se stesso ed il mondo, li accetta in proporzioni differenti e crea su quelle assunzioni le sue necessità. Non si accorge che sta valutando se stesso ed il mondo su parametri non suoi ma suggeriti dall’esterno. Si crea così la  divisione, i concetti di giusto e sbagliato, di brutto e di bello, di ricco e di povero, di importante e non importante, di successo e fallimento, di bontà e cattiveria, di pace e lotta e così via all'infinito in un continuo di classificazione e quindi divisione.
